India has given biggest gift to world in form of "Yoga & Pranayam". Personally, I have got immense pleasure and happiness while doing pranayam on daily basis. I will share my experience how I am away from many common disease by investing 30 mins every day.

Regular Practice of Yoga & Pranayam will help you to keep good physical and mental health
We always ignore our immune cells who are real fighters against any disease. Immune cells don't get enough credit.

Everyday this immune cells fight many battles with outside threats and intruders to keep you healthy.

So, we also need to improve our immune cell's capacity so they can perform their best in fights.

Let's learn to help our immune cells through Pranayam. Pranayam is practice of breath control in yoga. Pranayam word derived from sanskrit words "Prana" + "Ayama". Prana stands for "Life force" or even "Breath" and Ayama stands for "Suspension of Breath".

A Person can release 80% of body toxins by just breathing correctly. The key to Healthy and happy life lies in Right Breathing
Our body regenrate cells all the time and regeneration of cells not possible without oxygen. Breathing brings oxygen to our body. Deep breathing helps our immunity cells to regenerate. 

These are my top breathing Pranayams which has changes my life:
  1. Kapal bhati Pranayam
  2. Anulom Vilom Pranayam
  3. Bahya Pranayam
  4. Agnisar Kriya
  5. Bhastrika Pranayam
